In this video, we characterize NBOMe positional isomers as serotonergic psychedelics through interaction with 5-HT 2A receptor and their impact on downstream signaling. Serotonergic psychedelics are increasingly being recognized for their therapeutic benefit, but key structure-activity relationships remain largely unknown. Asher Brandt takes us through his work in describing these relationships through docking experiments through Nanome's AutoDock Smina plugin as well as experiments published in his previous work.
