In Gaza, we huddle together each night, praying our homes won’t collapse under the bombs. We’re asking the world a simple question: “Aren’t we human, just like you?” For the people of Gaza, every day is a fight for survival. Homes have become shelters for families seeking safety, food is scarce, and even the most basic needs—like water—are running out. Children are tired, hungry, and traumatized by the violence around them, with little hope for a future. Living in a conflict zone has stripped us of education, safety, and stability. Many of us still dream despite the darkness. We want to see the world beyond checkpoints, violence, and rubble.
