Welcome to this 7-minute Guided Wake Up Breath Practice, perfect for boosting your energy, bringing aliveness into your system, and putting a big smile on your face. Use this practice in the morning, in the afternoon, or anytime you want to Wake Up. It activates your energy along all your chakras, helping you feel more alive, connected to yourself, and balanced. The breath practice is as follows: 1. Step 1: Inhale through the nose - exhale through the mouth. Do the inhales and exhales vigorously if that feels good, or adjust the pace to your liking. 2. Step 2: Breath hold on empty. 3. Step 3 Finish each round with a short breath hold on full, pulling up your pelvic floor and drawing your belly button towards your spine to push your energy up all your chakras. Complete 3 rounds. Close with gratitude and express your energy with a sound.
