Instructions: 1. Place a mini-band around both feet standing next to a wall or counter for balance support 2. With weight evenly distributed through your stance foot, lift the opposite leg, increasing tension in the band 3. Focus on simultaneously contracting the glute of the stance leg and keeping your ribs down (feel your abs) 4. Finally, lower your leg in a controlled manner while keeping your hips level
