An anchorless life journey amidst the tides of doubt, To whom I’m not returning, the one I strive to find. A yearning through the ages, through shrouds and dire locks, My prison bear no cages, it’s mind that feeds me hope. I’m flickering like candle in timid maiden’s hand, My will digress to anger, come see - it’s all but bent. All simple joys elude me, yet still I cling to joy. Away from dreary prudeness that stalls with mere ploy. Rememberance scars deeply, but what of better fate, Renounce indiscreetly most humane of all traits. We felt the end forthcoming and whispered what’s foresworn: Forever not forgetting, but never to return.
