Well, we made it to part IV of this series. For this week's Technique Tuesday, Sensei/Guro JD goes over the five different wrist locks in combination with various destructions. These are all performed from a jab/cross scenario. The jab/cross is a staple when it comes to standard striking styles such as boxing, kickboxing, and even MMA.
