This is the first technique in the Kodokan (Judo) Goshin Jutsu (Self Defense Art). Ryote Dori is “Two Hand Grab“, and the defense revolves around a strike and a wrist lock. The lock is Kote Hinieri (Wrist Twist), The lock is known to Aikido practitioners as Nikyo. Presenter is Steve Cunningham. Uke is Fred Spaeth.
