Angela Rayner sought to fend off questions about her legal issues by saying that Tories were “desperate to talk about“ her living arrangements. The Labour deputy leader was filling in for Sir Keir Starmer at prime minister's questions (PMQs) facing off against Oliver Dowden, the deputy prime minister.
