The term “Shahi“ in the name refers to the royal and luxurious nature of the dish, as it's traditionally prepared for special occasions and gatherings. #easyrecipe #paneerrecipe #korma #tradditionalrecipe #gravy #shahirecipe #harpalsinghsokhi Ingredents Quantity Cashew 10 Khus khus soaked 1 tbsp Green cardamom 4 Black cardamom 1 Cinnamon ½ inch Black pepper 1 tsp Clove 3 Brown onion 1 cup Green chili chopped 3-4 Curd 2 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Cumin powder ¼ tsp Cardamom powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Saffron few stands Cream ½ cup Paneer 250 gms kewra water ¼ tsp Sugar 1 tsp Lemon juice ½ tsp Method In a mixer grinder add cashew, khuskhus, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, brown onion, green chili, curd and grind to fine paste. Add water if required. Heat ghee in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and saute well. Add the prepared paste, water and mix well Add salt and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins, keep stirring occasionally. Add water to achieve desired consistency Strain the gravy in another pan and cook well Add cardamom powder, garam masala, saffron with rose water, cream. Cut the paneer into cubes. Now add kewra water, sugar and mix well Add paneer cubes and mix well Squeeze some lime juice and mix well Transfer to a serving bowl garnish with saffron water, cream and coriander sprig.
