Haiti’s capital Port-au-Prince remains engulfed in violence and a political power vacuum. Gangs have a stranglehold on roads and ports in the city and tens of thousands have fled. The UN says half of the estimated 360,000 displaced are children. What does this mean for the future of Haiti? CGTN’s Dan Collyns reports in Cap-Haitien.
