Joost Klein will represent the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 after being selected internally from over 600 potential participants. The song that Joost Klein will sing on the Eurovision stage in Malmö will be released at a later date. Joost Klein says: – Taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest is a dream come true. I used to watch it together with my parents, glued to the screen, year after year. – It’s an honor to represent the Netherlands, and I’m committed to giving my all for the best possible outcome. Joost Klein Joost Klein (26) is a singer, musician, writer, and artist. He grew up in Britsum, the Netherlands, and when he was 10 he started a YouTube channel with videos ranging from sketches to mini-docs. His first single, “Jan Peter Balkenende,“ was released in 2017, and later the same year he released his first album; “Scandinavian Boy.“ Since then he has released multiple singles and albums. Joost tours regularly with his band throughout the Netherlands and has performed at events such as Lowlands and Pinkpop.
