This is a first interpretation on Figueyredo regra IV composta. (Here the source and the great English translation by Eric Myers and Steve Hick ) Sorry for the bad video quality. This is a first experiment. As you can see, speed and solid intention are vital to succeed and to survive the enemy: my execution is quite effective but speed is improvable as well as nimbleness. I could have been stabbed on the back more than a time and, even if the fear to be wounded is significant to keep enemies at distance, more back cover is needed, paired with a more consistent and fluid stepping.
