This is a first interpretation on Figueyredo regra XIII simple, called “guarda capa“ (guardin cloak). The rule was performed with a wood staff in order to make confidence with motion and speed without dealing with the heavy weight of montante or spadone. I was introducing the rule to other club mates with less experience.
