Spinach Tomato Veg. Omelette Ingredients Quantity Gram Flour 1 cup Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp Asafoetida a pinch Salt to taste Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp Oil for cooking Onion chopped 1 Tomatoes chopped 1. Green chilli chopped 1 tsp Green Chutney 1 tbsp Black pepper crushed pinch Coriander chopped 1 tbsp Spinach chopped ½ cup Cheese grated ¼ cup Method :- 1. In mixing bowl, add gram flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. 2. Add water and 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, Wisk well and make thick slurry. 3. Heat the pan, grease it with oil, and spread the slurry in round shape on the pan. 4. Spread chopped onions, tomato, green chillies, green chutney, remaining tomato ketchup, crushed black pepper, salt, pinch of red chilli powder, coriander and spinach, on top of the omelette, mix and spread well. 5. Put some oil all around on top. 6. Add cheese on top and fold the omelette into half. 7. Remove in serving plate and serve hot with the green chutney.
