You should try this too! #tastethegoodlife #panlasangpinoy Beef Chow Fun Recipe: ¾ lb. beef (flank steak), sliced thinly 12 ounces wide noodles 1 onion, sliced 3 stems green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces 6 ounces mung bean sprouts 1 teaspoon baking soda (optional) ½ cup cooking oil Marinade ingredients: 1 tablespoon Good Life Oyster Sauce 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce 1 ½ teaspoon cooking wine (optional) 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon white pepper powder 2 teaspoons cornstarch Sauce ingredients: 1 teaspoon Good Life Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 ½ tablespoons Good Life Oyster Sauce Tenderize the beef by combining beef slices and baking soda. Mix well. Let it stay for 20 to 30 minutes and then completely rinse with water. Dry the beef with paper towels. Put the beef in a large bowl and add the marinade ingredients. Mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the cooking oil in a wok. Put all the marinated beef. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove the beef and set it aside. Using the remaining oil, sauté the onion and the white part of the green onions for 1 minute. Add the flat noodles. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour the sauce ingredients in the wok. Toss and then add the green onions and mung bean sprouts. Cook for 30 seconds. Add the stir-fried beef. Continue stir-frying for 1 minute. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
