Well, this thing gets the award for the funniest named Irregular in X8. But I hate his tage. But I also like roosters for some strange reasons. No matter how do you call his stage, Drop Dead or Inferno, it's a NIGHTMARE of so many different things and I absolutely hated it. Especially with one certain event that accured while I tried to get through it... It starts with Hunters dropping down. I've decided to use X\Axl combination here to get the most collectables out of it in a single run (you'll need to return with Zero and T Breaker for the Rare Metal). I'll need to go through this hell more than twice anyway (4 to be eaxact, I'll tell you why soon). This section isn't difficult, especially when you have Axl on your team (God bless his hover ability, it help a lot to dummies like me). Then we have one Guardroid with unbreakable shield stending in front of the passage we need to take in order to progress. You can just jump past them or you might start shooting at them from above with Axl. When we'll get that rooster's weapon, Zero will also become useful at taking these enemies out. Too bad i figured it out AFTER I've beaten the game on my main savefile. There goes annoying enemy ambush, aaaand... A FREAKING SPIKE HELL. This stage can cause a lot of cheap deaths. Sure, it's a Rockman game, but do you think making the player jump down, not seeing the fact there's a spike pit and not a solid ground is a good game design? P;ayer learns the lesson, but it's still cheap in my opinion. And here it actually goes. I need to get Zero's weapon and Foot Parts H for X. And also I decided to play through the entire game without Second Chance and Spike Shield chips but with an exception for letting me use Sub-Tanks more often that I allowed myself to use them in other X-series titles. I go through the half of this section mostly as Axl, and then try to carefully walljump up to the tube with the Capsule. Aaaand my emulator hates Germes Armor. Now X's dash will lag the entire thing until the very end of this stage and I can't do anything with this... At least invincibility is still here. I didn't bother to manually speed up the laggy gameplay, sorry. Then we drop down and go to the end of this cestion. There's a Flydroid that Axl can copy. We need this, so we kill them with Copy Shot... and now need to climb up to the very top... And then, when we need to use the DNA, I usually have problems with making the thing fly. Eventually, we fly into that little hole in the wall, and grob the item. Then we need to fly back carefully. If you'll try to just walk out the hole - you might die from spikes. We go back to the bottom... And I know that you can see that I know what's waiting for me particularly, but I was really done at this point. I don't even try to fake my suprise here. And I even used Sub-Tank once before final stages. I was THAT DONE, yeah... That stupid green clown VAVA V appears and has his static monologue that you'll be hearing every single encounter with him up until Jacob becomes avaliable. The problem here is the fact that VAVA uses only one attack in a really crammed space. This room supposed to be another enemy ambush with burning MAME-Qs, but I just got really luck, I guess. I defeat this retard and FINALLY proceed. We get Rare Metal before another falling down section (that is much harder than the previous one) and confront our main boss. “Kuki!“ Kokekokker is really easy with his weakness and he isn't really that hard to hit with a particular character's weapons - everything goes here. Just be ready to move when he prepares to jump from the background back on the foreground at one point in the fight. When the rooster starts his Overdrive, try to hit him with his weakness carefully. He might fall into one of the towers of flame from the recoil and that in turn will make him go back into his normal state. But I defeat him really easily. Not having any troubles at all. There's a reason why I went through this hell 4 times. Like Earthrock Torirovich's stage, this stage has a soundtrack change followed by Navigator's personal warning monologue to hunters. It is voiced, so I have to record it. And the 4th time was me getting the last Rare Metal here by using T Breaker. The last section with magma raising up isn't that difficult, but I managed to fall twice while recording the run which has never happened to me, but it only happened when I was recording. Can you imagine just how furious I was? At least I didn't break anything and that means I'm mentally stable. Probably. So the scene after 7th stage shows that the team is almost done with Irregulars. Axl is actually the one who tells everyone they're almost done and just need one last leap forward. Gonna kick the last Irregular in this bunch to the curb! We're almost done with Act 2!
