Today I deliver to you SALQIUs' piano album. That is not to say it is a serene suite of calming compositions – though it has those moments among the intensity of Nuno’s fractal-folding universe of blackened metal, gnashing nihilism, and cosmic star-collapse, but the riotous momentum of his unique experimentation is punctuated with interludes and, in his own words “its fair share of dualities, paradoxes and wtf moments because, well, because this is still SALQIU.” Each track of this opus is illustrated with its own unsettling vision drawn from the void to convey another layer of nightmarish psychosis; aligned in this video for the fully immersive experience, and available as individual files with the album download.
