Every once in a while I love experimenting with new flavor combos when I get a chance to work work with extraordinary ingredients and truffles are at the heart of this recipe. Truffle are a vasty underrated dessert ingredient with endless possibilities, but it will take some trial and error to get the perfect combinations in order to make a recipe worth incorporating truffles into it.
