Promised y’all my favorite glute oriented movements, but I had to travel suddenly. With all this anxiety and disappointment of things I have to leave mid-completion, I needed 30 minutes of a good muscle burn to ease my woes. Boy was I right! And any-who, I’ve been seeing girls message me A LOT asking for upper body. Sooooo basically it’s about d*mn time I start putting more full body content out there. I used to be a leg day fiend. Until I started to lose the upper body fat I thought I’d have forever after pregnancy and gaining all this woman weight. My back started getting toned, and I see sexy ridges in my upper arm I never had before. I would have NEVER said “I can’t wait to work triceps today.” Now that is I. Man — who ever said working out isn’t feminine was tripping. The way you can mold your body is magical. Sorry for this rant lol, I guess this means I need to journal tonight.
