【 Watch in 2160p ⁴ᴷ】 {𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘺𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘴} I finally got this out after like, a month. Part of the reason why this took so long is because my Discord account got hacked, locking me out of all the servers I was in, including the Animashland server where I get most of the maskings and manips I use for these videos, and my new account was less than 30 days old so I couldn't rejoin it, so I had to make the best with what I can. VideoPad's constant bugginess and college courses also were not on my side. I finished rendering the video at 6:30 A.M. this morning and that's when I hit the hay. But it's finally out, and it doesn't totally suck! And in due time to celebrate the 300 subscriber milestone [couldn't fit that in the title bc of character limit]. Let's hope we reach the next milestone by the end of the month! So for those wondering, “I Always Wanted a Brother“ is one of the new songs that will be featured in “Mufasa: The Lion King,“ written by Lin Manuel Miranda. It was featured in the trailer, and then a preview of the song was exclusively shown at D23. The song was leaked across a few social media sites but Disney took most of them down. I was able to download the preview from a server that shared one of these leaks and decided to take the audio and implement it into another 2D “Mufasa“ edit. The audio for 3/4 of the video is pitched down in order to make it sound more like the trailer version, but also to avoid a copyright strike. Personally, I think the song is really good. You can tell it's Lin Manuel Miranda's work, and that's probably why it reminds me of Encanto, but it's good for what it is, somewhat a spiritual predecessor to “I Just Can't Wait to be King.“ I can't wait until the movie's soundtrack releases and we hear the song in higher quality!
