Eleven feels lonely and finds Rose in the parallel universe with the human Doctor (Ten-Two/Handy/10.5/Meta-Crisis Doctor, whatever you want to call him). He's stunned and says nothing, but Ten (I'll call him that for the sake of it being easy) recognizes him as another Time Lord (the other him, essentially) and tells him not to interfere in their new life.
