President Zelensky said Russia fired over 3,000 guided aerial bombs, 600 drones and 400 missiles at Ukraine in March alone. Russia reported a “significant increase in the number of those wishing to sign contracts to take part in the special military operation.“ Ukraine lowered the military conscription age from 27 to 25 in an effort to replenish its depleted ranks. The Russian FSB did receive certain information from the US about the threat of a possible terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall. The Kremlin said Ukraine’s “terrorist activity” requires the mobilization of the Russian special services and additional security measures. Italy's co-ruling League party disavowed an accord struck in 2017 with President Vladimir Putin’s party United Russia.
