In today's video I tried to follow the diet and training of one of my favourite actors, Henry Cavill! He has always been such a big inspiration to me growing up as a bigger kid in school to becoming superman. I follow his full day of eating to get ready for his role in Man of Steel. The diet plan consists of 5,000 calories with TONS of protein, complex carbs and good fats. On top of all the food, I attempted both his CrossFit Football workout and his typical bodybuilding style workout. Both very different than what I'm used too. Hope you enjoy the video!
