Paganini: “Cadenza” from Concerto in D Major by Jan Kubelik 1911 This is an interesting record pressed later in the United States by OKeh under license from Fontopia in Italy. While this is a rather amazing performance there are some issues too. There are a few spots where there are pitch issues, but the playing is quite good for the most part. It has a slow start, but after about 55 seconds or so it gets really good. Some of the passages are hard to imagine accomplishing on a violin.
