Here is a 4 combo exercise quick and effective dynamic warm up that will get you ready for a challenging workout, with my brother @ 1️⃣ Scap CARs 2️⃣ Thoracic Rotations 3️⃣ Squat to Stand External Rotation 4️⃣ Single Leg Downward Dog ▶️ Spider-Man Lunge ▶️ Reach Put 6-8 mins on the clock and do 5 reps per side of each exercise and keep rotating through till the time is up.
