Arthur Rosebery & His Band with Vocal refrain - – The Little Things You Do, Fox-Trot (W. Nicholls) from Cochran’s 1930 Revue, Parlophone 1930 (UK) NOTE: Arthur ROSEBERY (1904-1986) was an English dance band leader, pianist and singer. He began working as a pianist in 1921, and a few years later he formed a small ensemble which included Billy Cotton. During the Jazz Age, Rosebery worked as a dance orchestra leader in various London clubs including the Kit-Cat Club, and also made a number of recordings of contemporary dance music, which became very popular in the 1930s. After World War II, Rosebery traveled to West Germany where he worked as an “American pianist” (he changed his name to Al Shine, to make it sound more “American”). In the 1960/70s he performed as restaurant pianist at the Flanagan's in London.
