Titles read: 'NOW Pathe Pictorial has pleasure in presenting - Another popular West-End Band - Arthur ROSEBERY and his boys (from the Cafe de la Paix) in one of his own Compositions - “The Babies On Parade“.' Pathe Studio, London. On a set dressed to look like a palm court, we see various shots of bandleader Arthur Rosebery and his musicians performing the novelty number 'The Babies On Parade'. It starts off with all the band whistling the melody of this jaunty tune, then two of the musicians come down to stand either side of Arthur at the piano and sing the lyrics. Shots are intercut showing babies going for a walk in the park with their parents or being pushed about in prams. Most look quite happy. C/U of a baby crying. Back to the tune and several musicians take little solos - quite funny. Arthur plays the piano with exaggerated hand movements and does some twinkly bits at the end.
