Adjust the level of spiciness according to your preference. #easyrecipe #vegiterian #potato #spicy Ingredients Quantity Potato boiled 3 no Salt to taste Refine flour (Maida) 2 tbsp Corn starch 2 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Chilli flakes ¼ tsp Corn starch for sprinkle Oil for frying For tossed Oil 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Green Chilli chopped 2 no Black pepper powder ½ tsp Chilli flakes 1 tsp Red Chilli sauce 1½ tbsp Green Chilli sauce 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Salt to taste Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp Method Grate the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add salt, refine flour, corn starch, black pepper powder, Chilli flakes and knead into dough. Sprinkle corn starch on a plate. Make a small ball of potato dough. Use the mouth of a glass bottle to press the balls slightly to give it a mushroom like shape. Prepare all balls. Add the potato starters in hot oil and deep fry until it starts to float on the top. Remove immediately to the tissue on plate. For Tempering In a kadai add oil, garlic and sauté on medium flame. Add green chilli, black pepper, chilli flakes, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and saute for a minute. Add prepared fried potatoes and toss everything well. Now, add spring onion and mix well. Serve on a serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
