We share the family construction project of building the hydroponic greenhouse from the ground up. Hear from all of us about the whole process, and Doug gives some tips we learned along the way and things that worked for us. We did almost all of this project ourselves, including the head house production/processing building. It started in summer 2013 with Doug breaking ground for the head house. Once we got that started, we moved on to setting the posts for the greenhouse, getting the cement aisles in, and securing the reservoir tank in the ground. Doug made an awesome invention for getting the NFT support posts in and another one for getting the plastic covering over the greenhouse easily. We came across a few hurdles, but with Doug and Katy's construction background, we were able to figure it all out. After a year and half, in January 2015, Katy seeded her first crop. It was very exciting! Here is the greenhouse heating and cooling video I said I would link.
