Make your own and share using the hashtag #solosparring2020. The Rules: 1) The video has to be filmed by one person. No other people on screen and no one else behind the camera. It has to be filmed 100% solo. 2) Sound effects are permitted. Visual effects are not. 3) The video can be no longer than 60 seconds. That’s it! Videos can be dramatic, athletic, comedic or a mix. The key thing is they need to provide up to 1 minute of solid entertainment for other members of the martial arts community. Right then, time to don my white t-shirt and get vengeance on my undeniably handsome opponent! ;-) All the best, Iain
