Last Sunday I joined with hundreds of concerned locals to protest about the environmental havoc that Blackout Bowen’s floating offshore wind farm will cause. It is beyong lunancy and demonstrates a reckless indifference for the environment to plan to construct hundreds of floating wind turbines, anchored to the seabed with mooring cables in the middle of a whale migration zone.
