Ceylon cinnamon ¼ tsp. Nutmeg ⅛ tsp. Ground cloves ⅛ tsp. Ground ginger ⅔ cup whole milk, organic ⅓ cup whole milk, organic 1 ½ - 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar, depending on your preference ½ tsp. Vanilla extract Directions: I’m using a french press to make my coffee so I’ll start with that. Place 7 oz. of water in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat. Monitor the temperature with an instant read thermometer and turn off the heat at 190 degrees F. Do not boil. Pour the water into a French press, stir with a wooden spoon, place the lid on without pushing the plunger down and set the timer for 2 to 3 minutes. While the coffee is brewing for 3 minutes continue with the following: In a small saucepan, combine ⅓ cup milk, all the spices, coconut sugar, and the pumpkin puree. Whisk until blended over medium low heat. Do not boil. Add the vanilla when hot and ready to make. In another pan add the ⅔ cup of milk and heat to about 150 degrees F. Monitor with an instant read thermometer. When hot, froth the milk by using either a french press or an electric frother. Pour the coffee into a large mug, and add the pumpkin mixture and finish with the frothed milk. Dust with more cinnamon and enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing! Rockin Robin P.S.
