Yoga Exercises Wearing a Mini Skirt In this video, I wanted to liven things up a bit! I am wearing a mini skirt while doing these different yoga exercises. I will begin by doing a “cow“ pose. I will do some basic warm up exercises. Next, I will do a “seated straddle“ pose. This will stretch out your legs. The next exercise, I will do a variation of the “half upright seated angle“ pose. This will also stretch your legs. Next, I will do a variation of the “cow“ pose and do varying exercises while in this pose. The final part of the routine, I will do an “upright seated angle“ pose.
