More than 430,000 people have been affected by nationwide flooding in Myanmar since mid-July, according to the country's Department of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement on Friday. Latest official statistics showed that flooding during this monsoon season has affected nearly 120,000 households in eight administrative regions across Myanmar and is expected to affect more people.
