Outer/Inner push ups 2. Explosive negative push ups 3. Archer push ups 4. Incline diamond push ups 5. Decline push ups 6. Sliding chest flyes 7. Dip stretch push ups 8. 30sec push up - 15 sec down 15 sec up BREAK TIME between the exercises should around 60-90 sec.
