To improve ball control during dribbling and learn to work both hands independently, you can utilize my set of exercises using a tennis ball. Pay attention to these 3 key points: 1. Focus on the hand with the tennis ball, so the other hand should work hard to dribble the ball firmly and strongly, developing a sense of touch and control. 2. Maintain proper and stable posture. Pay special attention to the position of your knees and back. 3. When catching the tennis ball, it is ESSENTIAL to do it in a downward motion, similar to a cat's paw. I call this the “cat paw“ technique. This motion helps protect the ball from the defender's hands when you're attacking, as well as strip the ball from the opponent when you're on defense. Incorporate these simple tips into your training sessions, and you'll notice improved ball control under defensive pressure and sharper defensive play. #mvptraining #basketball #dribbling #bemvp #ballcontrol #skills #q
