The sweet taste of Soviet childhood. I like this cake cause it's very easy to make, tasty & no need to make cream for this recipe. Ingredients for the layers: 6 eggyolks about 400-450g plain flour; 180g sugar; 40 ml oil 160g butter; 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or extract; a pinch of salt. Ingredients for the filling: 180 gr sugar 6 eggwhites 300 gr walnuts pinch of salt Ganache: 200 gr dark chocolate 100 ml hot fat milk or 150 ml whiiping cream Bake at 170'C for about 35-40 min.
