The US, the biggest producer and exporter of arms and weaponry globally, has been trying hard to extend the UN arms embargo on Iran. There are many cases that the US-made weaponry and military equipment have ended up in the hands of terrorists. The latest cases are Daesh and al-Nusra terrorists in Iraq and Syria.
