Powered by Restream My new routine is finally out! Here's how it works. Daily: *Diet - 6 small meals a day to increase metabolism. No mixing Animal protein with White Carbohydrates or White Sugar. When you mix these two they create more serotonin and will make you sleepy, unmotivated and lazy, so I am only mixing them in the last mean to help me sleep, wit better sleep comes better energy. I customized this diet to address my energy issues first and then health second, because without energy nothing gets done! *Cold Showers - When I take a shower it will be a cold shower.
