INGTREDIENT LIST: 1 1/4 cup Chickpea flour (145g) 2 cup grated sweet potato (350g) - Firmly packed 2 cup green onion (160g) - finely chopped 1 cup cilantro OR parsley (54g) - finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon grated / minced garlic or to taste 1/2 tablespoon grated / minced ginger or to taste 2 to 3 tablespoon lemon juice OR lime juice OR white vinegar Salt to taste (for your reference I have added 1 teaspoon of salt) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper OR to taste (OPTIONAL) 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil for frying (I have used olive oil)
