Every Tuesdays are Lower Body work for our Goalkeepers. Squats, Box Jump, Calf raise, etc. At end of the gym work, we top off with plyometrics work. In order for us to generate power and develop their athleticism(Move faster, jump higher, etc) these exercises are vital.
