In this quick montage video we bring you some plyometric exercises incorporating the ball. We looked at the goalkeepers triggers and isolating individual legs to build strength and speed. As the session progressed we added relevant movements getting back into position. We then took this session in to the goal in a shot stopping sessions before going into small sided games.
