Tap in with us for a 25 minute high intensity workout that's built to help you build muscle and burn body fat/calories. This session is split into 3 different groups and each group will get progressively harder as you advance through the workout. You only need a moderate to light pair of dumbbells but we recommend mixing in different weights (if you have them) to challenge you with each movement. If you need modifications for any of the exercises, we recommend regressing back to the corresponding exercises from the previous levels.
