Sit back and enjoy, watching microglial cells do their gardening in the forest of neurons. This scene is completely programmed with AI behaviors and AI animations driven by a physics engine of our own research. All interactions are the result of local behaviors that give a beautiful global emergent behavior. The whole scene was rendered using ray tracing in our software BioInspire. No external tools were used. All modelling is done with mathematical functions.
