We’ve been taught for years to always set our scapula before any 🏋 athletic movement. This is all well and good, but it neglects one important scapula is supposed to MOVE, and we need to control that movement. Most people I see cannot control their shoulder blade, especially in ➡ protraction and ⬅ retraction. This is one reason why so many people get locked into one position. Here I show you an easy way to learn how to control your serratus and rhomboid. Once you practice for a while with the wall, step back in front of a mirror and see if you can do it effectively on your own. Tomorrow I’ll show you a 📈 progression to this and how to load it up so tag a friend who needs to fix their shoulders and share the wealth!
