The Elite SRS Jump Rope Throw Down changed the game. Jump rope competition will never be the same. Eight athletes competed in a head-to-head bracket for the title and $3,000 cash prize. Each round was a best-of-five (first one to score three points). Athletes took turns performing 30 second routines and the judges awarded a point after each athlete jumped. Check out Round 1, Battle 1, which pitted heavy weights Alex Costa (@ironkirios) and LJ Lavecchia (@LJ LaVecchia). Let us know who you think should have won in the comments below!
