Full Body Strength Workout With Dumbbells

This workout is a 20 minute full body strength workout with dumbbells. Added resistance and slow controlled movements will help us build strength and lean muscle. We will complete two rounds of exercises, each exercise will be 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. Pick which weight you feel comfortable with, I used a pair of 5kg dumbbells.
