Pork chops baked in the oven with a layer of cheese... kid level easy recipe that I'm making whenever I don't feel like experimenting in the kitchen. My baked pork chops are smoothened with breadcrumbs and tuned up with a layer of sauteed onions and bacon, sour cream, tomato slices and good amount of cheese.
