I was practicing at home today and I had a little more energy when I was done with practice so I played around with some backbending. I was actually feeling a little stiff so that is what inspired me to play around. The first two movements are not traditional in the Ashtanga Yoga method and I really have no idea what the official name is, but I'm guessing it is Eka Pada Chakra Bandasana. The last movement is Chakra Bandasana, grabbing the ankles from backbend. Keywords: Kino Yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa B
