My favourite Bodybuilding QUADRICEPS EXERCISE. Today I'm going to show you my favourite leg exercise for overall mass and development. This is MY favourite exercise, it doesn't have to be yours. Although I love leg presses, walking lunges, and standard lunges for quadriceps development, I feel that 90 degree squats are the best for me. They allow me to put some serious weight on my back and at the same time use my body as an entire system which I feel forces the body into a whole new level of adaptation. Want to Support my work?
